We are convinced that to achieve “100% Customer Satisfaction” we must offer more value to our customers.  Our guiding principle should be the continual search for innovative ways to serve customers.  Sales and profits will be the by-products of service, not the primary goal.  By achieving “100% Customer Satisfaction, we will assure ourselves long-term growth and a level of achievement that should be a source of pride from all RAM employees
